The AllAbout Double Infrared grill has versatile design not present elsewhere in the grilling world. The AllAbout grill can be detached from its cart and used as a table top grill, portable enough that it can be put in the back of a car, in addition to being used as a freestanding backyard grill. The AllAbout infrared grill can be taken tailgating, camping, or any place desired, then brought back to its cart in the backyard. This Solaire grill features two infrared burners, which heat up in just three minutes to searing hot temperatures, making juicier and more flavorful meals. It also has the exclusive Solaire V-grate, which improves flavor & virtually eliminates flare-ups. The AllAbout grill also features warming rack that is integrated into the hood, which provides a place to put meat and veggies and can be used for warming buns. Solaire grills can either grill meals from start to finish or just use the AllAbout grill for searing after sous vide, smoking, or other cooking methods.
This grill is used with Propane by default, but can be converted to Natural Gas with the natural gas conversion kit (SOL-AA23NGC). The AllAbout can be detached and reattached to the cart by screwing and unscrewing the 4 feet of the grill. The feet do not need to be removed to do so, just loosened and tightened.
Note: the AllAbout Double infrared grill is not intended to be used with the hood down. Using this grill with the hood down will result in a discolored hood and possibly cause burnt food. Also if food is present on the grill, the warming rack will prevent it from closing.
